1.1 Definitions

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The account to which a withdrawal is requested must belong to the same owner as the deposit account.
• Withdrawals from bonus funds cannot be made if the bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times (15x), meaning you must wager 15 times the total of your deposit plus the bonus before the bonus funds become withdrawable.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions, which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is claimed.
• If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus balance will be forfeited.
• While one bonus is active, another bonus in the same category cannot be claimed.
• If ku911 determines that a member has abused a bonus, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.
• ku911 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

4.3 VIP Cashback Program

ku911's VIP program has 4 tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Silver — Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Gold — Up to 1.1% cashback per week.
• Platinum — Up to 1.5% cashback per week.

Advancement to a VIP tier is determined based on each member's activity and participation on the platform. Cashback is automatically credited to the account each week.

5.1 General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is fully confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If a bet is processed incorrectly due to a technical error, ku911 reserves the right to void it.
• In-event circumstances (such as a match being abandoned) may affect odds determination — the applicable rules for each such case are stated separately within each market section.
• ku911 may suspend or void bets in cases of suspicious betting activity.

5.2 Casino Game Rules

• All casino games are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair play.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, the game round generally remains valid and the result is determined according to the applicable rules.
• If a bug or technical error occurs in any game, the result of that round will be voided and the wager refunded.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of winnings:

• Abusing bonuses or using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers.
• Using any automated software, bot, or algorithm to place bets.
• Using the platform for money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Conducting fraudulent activity against the platform's systems or other members.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage.

6.1 ku911's Rights

ku911 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any clause of these terms is violated.
• If false or incorrect information was provided during registration.
• If identity verification fails or the member does not cooperate with the verification process.
• If evidence of bonus abuse, fraud, or fraudulent activity is found.
• At the direction of a law enforcement authority or due to a legal requirement.

6.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time via live chat or email. Before the account is closed, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance (excluding bonuses). Options for a temporary or permanent break for responsible gaming purposes are also available.

11.3 Severability of Terms

If any provision of these terms is found to be legally invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to remain in full effect.

11.4 Entire Agreement

These terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together constitute the entire agreement between ku911 and the user, and supersede all prior oral or written agreements.
